Creamy Sesame Meatballs

For the meatballs:1 1/2 lb lean ground beef1 medium yellow onion, minced1/2 cup plain bread crumbs2 egg whites1/4 cup skim milk1/8 tsp ground gingerSalt & pepper, to tasteFor the sauce:1 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light1 Tbsp unsalted butter2 Tbsp flour1/2 tsp ginger1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup low sodium beef broth1 Tbsp lite soy sauce1 Tbsp sesame seeds3/4 fat free greek yogurt
For the meatballs:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil lightly sprayed with cooking spray and set aside.
2. Combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg whites, milk, salt & pepper and ginger in a large bowl. Mix well. Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
3. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly browned. Move to serving platter and drizzle with sauce.
For the sauce:
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the butters and melt. Stir in the flour, ginger and salt.
2. Slowly add the beef broth to the flour mixture, stirring constantly. Once mixture begins this thicken, add soy sauce and the sesame seeds.
3. Remove mixture from heat and pour into a small bowl. Stir in yogurt until smooth. Set aside.
Serving Size: Makes 48 meatballs
