Clams Alfredo with Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine

Ingredients
1 cup Clams in juice1 celery stalk sliced thin1/2 cup Cremini Mushrooms, sliced1/4 cup Sweet Vadalia Onion, sliced2 cloves of garlic. crushedAlfredo Sauce1 oz. Philadelphia 1/3 less Fat Cream Cheese1/4 cup Greek Yogurt1/4 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan, Romano & Asiago Cheese2 tbls fresh or dried parsely1 tsp salt free seasoning1/4 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend8 oz pkg House Foods Shirataki Tofu Fettuccine Noodles
Directions
Cook Tofu Fettuccine Noodles in microwave for 1 min.
Drain and blot out extra water with paper towels, set aside
Saute Garlic,Celery, Onion & Mushrooms in white wine
Add Clams& juice and simmer 4 minutes until reduced
Combine Cream Cheese, Greek Yogurt & Grated Cheese with whisk until well blended (save 1 tbls grated cheesefor garnish)
Add to pan and mix well, add spices and simmer until thick
Toss in Tofu Fettuccine Noodles
Garnish with grated cheese & Fresh Parsely
