BBQ tofu

Ingredients
1 10 oz. block of firm tofu, cubed2 med. onions, diced2 cloves garlic, minced1 red bell pepper, chopped1/4 c olive oilsauce-1/4 c tomato paste3 tbsp soy sauce3 tbsp molasses1/2 tsp sriracha sauce1 c water1 tbsp ground coriander1.5 tsp ground cuminsalt/pepper to taste
Directions
-toss tofu cubes in 2 tbsp of the olive oil and set aside.
-heat olive oil over med high heat. add onions and peppers and sauté for 5 min. combine ingredients for sauce until well blended.
-add garlic and cook 1 min, then add tofu. deglaze pan w/ water as needed. cook 5 more min. until onions begin to caramelize.
-add sauce, stir gently, and cook 5 more min., until sauce has reduced and thickened somewhat.
-sprinkle with spices, stir briefly and remove from heat.
