1 can Old El Paso fat free refried beans1 cup reduced fat sour cream1 cup salsa1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded4 scallions, chopped2 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine (optional)
Spread refried beans in oblong dish. Mix sour cream and salsa. Spread over top of beans. Cover with cheddar cheese. Sprinkle scallions and jalpeno peppers over top.
