Cucmber, Tomato and Red Onion Salad

Ingredients
2 cucumbers, sliced7 oz cherry tomatoes, halved1/2 med red onion, diced1 tbsp. olive oil2 tbsp. apple cider vinegarsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients and put in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Stir frequently to marinate.
