Roasted Crusted Parmesan Asparagus

1 Bunch (about 20 spears) of fresh, thin asapargus4 tbsp grated or shredded parmesan cheese.5 cups panko bread crumbs.5 cups Italian style bread cumbs1 tbsp extra light olive oil6 tbsp liquid egg whitesBlack pepper to taste
Preheat over to 450.
Mix bread crumbs, cheese, and pepper so they are uniform and put in a shallow bottomed bowl or plate.
Pour egg white into a separate shallow bottomed bowl or plate.
Thinly coat a cookie sheet with the olive oil.
Roll each asparagus spear in the egg whites, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture and place on the cookie sheet.
When all spears are done, bake for 15 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes enough for 4 side dishes
