Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole

Ingredients
4 cups Brown Rice2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)2 cups mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)4 Boneless, Skinless chicken breast halves1/2 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese1 tsp onion powder1/2 cup water
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare rice according to directions. Stir cooked rice, veggies, soup, water, and onion powder in a bowl. Mix together. Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish. Top with chicken. Cover. Bake for 30 mins. Top with Cheese.

    this sounded so goooooood....until I got to the nutritional info and saw a whopping 2453.8mg of SODIUM......WOW is all I can say...that is a heart attack waiting to happen....blood pressure would sore through the roof - 2/6/08
