Parmesan-Crusted Turkey Tenders

Ingredients
1 lb turkey breast tenderloinsSalt and pepper, to taste1/3 cup greek yogurt1/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese1/4 cup bread crumbs
Directions
1. Preheat Foreman grill.

2. Lightly sprinkle turkey tenders with salt and pepper. Cook on Foreman grill until cooked through, about 8 - 9 minutes.

3. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, Parmesan cheese, and the bread crumbs. Spread evenly over the turkey and place under a broiler for 2 to 3 minutes, or until topping is golden brown. Serve immediately.
