2 lb. pork loin roast1 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (I like Sweet Baby Ray's)1 can diet cokeLawry's seasoned salt
Generally coat pork with Lawry's seasoning salt. Place in crock pot and pour in soda and barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. After 4 hours, remove pork and place on a cutting board. Take two forks and shred the meat into bite size chunks. Return to the crock pot for another 30-60 minutes to allow the meat to soak up flavor.
