Low Carb Egg Bake

Ingredients
1 1/4 Package Jennie O Turkey Sausage(Optional - minced dried onions to taste)3-4 oz Low Fat Cream Cheese1/2 cup (approx.) finely chopped broccoli or chopped spinach, 12 eggs, large1/2 cup (approx) shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown turkey sausage (with minced dried onions, optional). Press sausage into bottom of 12 cup muffin tin sprayed with Pam. Spread about 1/2 T of cream cheese in each muffin cup. Add broccoli or spinach layer. One at a time, beat each egg and slowly pour over each cup contents. Top with a sprinkling of shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
