Salmon with soy and honey glaze

Ingredients
1 lb of salmon, skinned and cut into 1-inch cubes1 T olive oil1 T honey1T soy sauce
Directions
Mix the oil, honey, and soy sauce together in a bowl. Toss with the salmon and marinate for 1 hour at most. Re-toss in the marinade half-way through. Prep a pan for the broiler with non-stick foil and move oven rack to top position. Place marinated salmon on pan and put in oven set on broil. Let them broil for 5 minutes. Done!
