Ingredients
Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 5 oz.Scallions, 1 Tbsp. mincedWorcestershire sauce, 1 tsp.Kosher salt, pinchBlack pepper to tasteCheddar Cheese slice
Directions
Heat non-stick griddle on medium-low.

In a small bowl lightly mix ground turkey with chopped scallion, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Shape into a 4 inch round patty and cook for 6 minutes each side. Remove from heat and promptly add cheese slice. Toast bun on the hot griddle for an extra flavor boost.
