Kal's veggie alfredo w/ soyrizo

Ingredients
1 cup nonfat milk1 (8oz) pkg lowfat cream cheese3 Tbl butter buds2 tsp Garlic & herb salt free seasoning1 box Low carb penne rigato pasta4 links (1 pkg) lightlife veggie sausage, chorzio syle16 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced2 red peppers, diced2 yellow peppers, diced1/2 bunch green onions & stems, diced
Directions
Cook 1 box of low carb pasta as directed. In a separate saucepan, melt lowfat cream cheese, seasonings, and fat-free skim milk together to create alfredo sauce. In a large nonstick skillet, combine peppers, mushrooms, onions, and sliced sausages and saute to desired tenderness. Finally, mix all ingredients together. Makes four servings.
