Squash Pancake

Ingredients
1 C - grated Squash1/4 C - Parmesan Cheese1/4 C - Flour1 lg - Egg1/4 C - scallions (grn. Onions) 1/4 tsp - onion powder1/4 tsp - garlic powderdash cayennesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Grate yellow squash into a med. bowl.
Add all ingredients and mix together.
In a hot oiled pan or griddle over med heat add batter and cook as you would a pancake!
