Spicy Avocado Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients
4 oz pre cooked chicken breast cut into cubes1/2 avocado (67 g) cut into cubes1 tsp (1/3 Tbs) cayenne/red pepper1 tsp dry dill weed2 tsp dry yellow mustard Coleman's brandMix all together. Add touch of salt if necessary (1/4 tsp). Spread onto toasted bread, muffins, or add to salad greens. Flavors will increase if allowed to stand, but the surface may discolor. Just stir that into the center of the mix and eat on! Covering with plastic that has been placed down onto surface of food will avoid discoloration.
Directions
Mix all together in a bowl. Add touch of salt if necessary (1/4 tsp).
Spread onto toasted bread, muffins, or add to salad greens.
