Chicken Lomein

Ingredients
1 pound chicken breasts1/2 box (3.5 servings) of whole wheat linguine (735 calories)1/8 bell pepper1/8 onion1 cup water1/4 cup unsweetened applesaucepowder chicken bouillon to taste1 T soy sauce1 T flour2.5 oz cashews
Directions
Begin boiling pasta. Thinly slice chicken and sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powders and saute in skillet over medium heat until done. Remove chicken and rinse skillet if necessary. Saute peppers and onions for just a minute or two, then remove. Add a cup of water, applesauce, and chicken bouillon powder. Heat until steaming, then whisk in flour. Add chopped kale, pasta, chicken, and vegetables. Serve and sprinkle each serving with a half ounce of cashews.
