Banana nut muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup mashed banana1/4 cup lowfat buttermilk1 egg1/3 cup honey3 Tbl. canola oil1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. baking soda2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Add wet ingredients and beat just until smooth. Do NOT overbeat or you will have tough muffins! Bake in greased muffin tin for 15-20 min. at 375. Great with cream cheese!
