Better chicken and mushroom gravy

Ingredients
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs, chopped3 cups chopped fresh baby portobella mushrooms1 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)1 cup chopped fresh onion6 tbsp Smart Balance buttery spreadSalt, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 2 tbsp Onion powder, 1 tbsp Sage, ground, 1 tsp Basil, 2 tbsp Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, .75 tsp *Flour, white, .25 cup Water, tap, 1.5 cup *paprika, smoked, 1 tsp
Directions
In a large pot, place the chicken with the smart balance, onions, peppers, and mushrooms and one cup of water, and cook for about 15 minutes. Add the seasonings and reduce heat and cook for an additional 25 minutes. Dissolve 1/4 cup all-purpose flour in 1/2 cup cold water, and blend into pot. Stir until thickened.
