Ingredients
1 egg1 tsp garlic powder6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (Try Trader Joe's Chicken Breasts w/rib meat for 1/2 the calories per piece)2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated3/4 cup Progresso Itallian Bread Crumbs1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley1 tsp salt1 tsp ground black pepperCooked spaghetti or linguini pastaMarinara sauce
Directions
In a shallow dish scramble egg and add garlic powder. Make a crumb mixture with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and roll in crumb mixture. Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. To cut cooking time in half, I start with frozen chicken breasts that have been thawed in microwave while I'm doing the prep.

Cook pasta to desired doneness and add marinara sauce. Serving size is 1/2 cup of pasta and 2 tbsp of sauce.

Makes 12 servings if you halve the chicken breasts. **If you use Trader Joe's chicken breasts w/rib meat you can eat a whole piece and stay within these calories.**
