Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients
Canola Oil (1/2 tbsp)Cabbage, Shredded (1/2 Cup)Coconut, dry, shredded (1/4 Cup)Red Chilies, dry (2)Mustard Seeds (1 tsp)Cumin Seeds (1 tsp) Asafoetida (1/4 tsp)
Directions
In a wok heat half a tbsp Canola Oil.
Add the red chillies, mustard seeds and cumin seeds and stir until the mustard seeds pop.
Lower the flame and add the asafoetida.
Now add the grated/shredded coconut and toss until it starts to brown.
Add the shredded cabbage and give it a good toss until mixed evenly.
Add 2 tbsp of water, mix well and cover.
Keep covered until cabbage is cooked through.
Serve with rice or by itself.
