Mexican Chicken and Cabbage

Ingredients
3 Chicken Thighs2 C. Cabbage corsely chopped1 C. Onions diced2 Jalapeno peppers2 Tbls Chili powder1 Tbls Garlic powder1 C. Chicken broth2 Tbls Olive oil2 Tbls Chunky salsa
Directions
Sprinkle chicken pieces with chili powder and garlic powder
Brown chicken in heavy skillet or wok
After browning move to the side
Add cabbage, onion and jalapeno Saute until vegetables start to brown
Add broth cover and cook for 20 to 30 min on low heat until meat is done.
