Renee's Summer Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
1 Cup uncooked Quinoa1 Large peeled cucumber, chopped1 Can Great Northern Beans1 Container Grape Tomatoes, chopped.25 Cups Extra Virgin Olive OilJuice from 1 Lime1 Tbsp CuminSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Cook Quinoa as instructed and let cool to room temp. While Quinopa is cooking, prepare other ingredients. Mix all together in large bowl and let chill in fridge. Tastes best when its left overnight so flavors have a chance to mingle.
