Ingredients
1 can salmon (remove bones)5 saltine crackers1 egg1 Tbsp mustard1 Tbsp ketchup1 tsp dried parsleydash of saltdash of pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients.
Place into small loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for approx 45 minutes.

    Couldn't imagine mustard and catsup in Salmon Loaf but tried it anyway and it is excellent - much lighter in carbs than my old recipe. I did skip the salt but otherwise followed exactly! I might add some finely chopped onion, celery or green pepper next time - and there will be a next time! - 1/24/17
