Kimmy's Crockpot Roast with Gravy

Ingredients
1 eye of round Beef 1 Package of Onion Soup Mix2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup1 Cup Chopped onions5 Russet Potatoes, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces 1.25 cups of peeled and sliced carrots1 Can of Peas
Directions
Add all ingredients, except peas into crock pot. Cook on high for 6 hours. 15 mins prior to serving, add drained can of peas on top. Food will bubble up to make it own gravy. Served best with biscuits
