Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
4 cups vegetable broth1/2 tsp. dried basil2 cups thinly sliced cabbage2 medium zucchini, halved and sliced3 med. carrots, sliced2 stalks celery, sliced1 can (14.5 oz.)diced tomatoes2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts ( ~1 lb.) - cooked and sliced/ chunked
Directions
1. Peel carrots. Slice all other vegetables
2. Add all ingredients to pot and bring to a boil.
3. Lower heat to simmer. Let cook 20 min, or until vegetables are softened
4. Serve and Enjoy:)
* season to taste with salt and pepper*
