I enjoy fresh fruit and veggies everyday, along with all kinds of dishes. I try to make wise choices and strive for balance. Each one of us has different tastes/needs & are at different points. Choosing this over a 32-oz reg. Mountain Dew is an excellent choice. Food police not needed, thanks! - 6/13/08

I found this to be delicious. Since there are two servings, I just divide in half for myself later. I found that adding ice cubes made the second serving watery but still good. I omit the ice , only for that reason. Delicious ! - 6/22/09

Made w/ trop 50 oj and stevia instead of sugar. YUM!
I like the idea of adding soy milk, vanilla yogurt would give it a creamsicle kind of taste. I'm going to try that! - 6/13/09

Excellent healthy recipe - - especially if you buy the pineapple that doesn't have any added corn syrup. Great source of potassium!! and delicious too. A family favorite all year long. I just froze the cantaloupe and other fruits so I didn't have to use the 3 ice cubes. - 2/4/09

"left over"? Are you kidding? I can't make this fast enough to keep the troops satisfied! It's great - I WISH they'd let me freeze some! - 6/16/08

great recipe. i agree that adding the sugar depends on how sweet the fruit is. I dont understand the complaints. you get the fiber of fruit but also get a delicious frozen treat and the calorie count is the same as eating that plain fresh fruit. anyone should know not to buy canned fruit in HFCS. - 6/13/09

Why add sugar? I leave it out becuse the sugars in the fruit is enough sweetners for me. - 6/13/09

I made it with the suagr first but it was too sweet for me. I made it the second time without the added sugar and it was great. - 10/21/08

I would rather just eat the cantaloupe but my mother in law loved it and requested it a lot last summer. She passed March 5, 2011 but I will always remember her zest to try new recipes. - 6/22/11

It sounds wonderful and refreshing though I will substitute different fruits and juices according to what I have on hand and refigure the calories and use stevia instead of sugar... - 10/11/09
