Ingredients
Chicken Breast, with skin, 2 breast, bone removed (remove)Sour Cream, .33 cup (remove)Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), .33 cup (remove)Pecans, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Dole - Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice, 0.5 cup (remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)Grapes, 1 cup, seedless (remove)Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
Put breast in crockpot and let cook. Cool breast and shred with two forks.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice.
Mix in chicken , pecans, pineapple, grapes, celery. Chill.
Serve on croissants.
