Ricotta Stuffed Salmon

Ingredients
1 large salmon filet, cut into 4 pieces (around 400g)2 tbsp part skim ricottadash of salt1tsp dried dill1 clove garlic
Directions
place salmon on greased cookie sheet or pan and cut slits in the center. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, and place ricotta mixture in the slits of the salmon. Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 14 minutes. Serves 4.
