preheat oven to 350
sift flour and baking soda set aside
whisk eggs and vanilla set aside
cream butter and sugar
mash bananas
mix egg mixture to butter mixture, add bananas
then fold in flour, nuts and craisins
pour into baking loaf dish and bake for 50 min or until toothpick is clean
Serving Size: makes about 10 slices
