The Ugliest Healthy smoothie ever

Ingredients
Frozen Strawberries1 small frozen banana1 orange hidden at back of fridge for 1 monthFresh Spinach, because why the hell notAlmond Milk (1-1.5 cups)IceMexican Table Cream (Crema Casera), optional
Directions
Dump frozen fruit and almond milk into blender and mix. Peel the orange and add.
Squeeze orange juice into your papercut, stifle a curse.
Add about a handful or two of spinach leaves because you saw it on Pinterest and it's healthy.
Blend all together. Add more liquid if needed.
Add a handful or two of ice at the end until your ears scream for mercy.

A couple dollops of the Mexican cream can be mixed in at the end. Creamy like with whipped cream but without as much sugar.
