1 frozen swai fillet, cubed into 1' pieces1-1/2 c. frozen small shrimp (41-50 per pound), shelled and tail removed1 c. imitation crabmeat, chunked in 1' chunks5 red potatoes, diced in 1' chunks to make 4 cups potatoes1 can cream of brocolli soup, mixed with 1/2 can water1 t. onion powder
Place potatoes, soup, water, and onion salt in crockpot and toss to coat all. Cover and cook on high 4 hours. Check for semi-softness of potato. If semi-soft, add frozen seafood, and crabmeat-stir to coat/mix all ingredients, turn crock pot to low. Cover and cook for 2 additional hours, checking the seafood to make sure it is cooked thru before serving...
