Egg & Cheese Florentine Patty

Ingredients
Egg - Eggbeaters, 1/3 cup Spinach, fresh, 2 cups 1 Slice Sargento Ultra Thin Cheese (any flavor)Olive Oil Spray McCormick Lemon & Herb Seasoning
Directions
Wash and chop Spinach. Spray medium pan with oil. Add Spinach and cook approx. 30 sec or until slightly wilted. Add egg substitute and seasoning. Fold in eggs to mix ingredients together. Before completely done, push together to form a patty. Cook to desired texture. Once cooked, top w/cheese and allow it to melt. Serve hot.
