Bay Scallops in White Wine

Ingredients
Scallops, raw, 8 oz White Wine, 2 fl oz *Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread, 4 tbsp Pasta, cooked, 4 oz *Lemon Juice, 2 lemon yields Parsley, .25 cup
Directions
melt earth balance with garlic powder lemon and white wine.

Add scallops and sauté for 5 min.

Prepare pasta according to directions, strain and add to scallops and sauce blend to cover pasta.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
