green peas, frozen, 200 gram(s) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Sunflower Oil, 2 1tsp Cumin seed, 2 tbsp Mustard seed, yellow, 1 tsp mangal pav bhaji masala, 10 gram(s) everest garam masala, 10 gram(s) Turmeric, ground, 1 tbsp Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) chings secret schezwan sauce, 30 gram(s) coriander seeds powdered, 4 tsp Salt, 1 dash, if required
Chop the onion.Thaw the frozen green peas.
In the meantime, heat oil in a pan and add cummin seeds and mustard seeds. when they splutter,add the chopped onion and fry it till it becomes transluscent. then add the garam masala powder, the pav bhaji masala powder, turmeric powder and the schezwan sauce. Fry for a few mins, and add the thawed green peas. Rry for 2 mins. more and then add the water and let the green peas cook. Add salt to taste(if required)
