Mushrooms & Rice

Ingredients
2 cloves Garlic, crushed1/2 cup Mushrooms, chopped1 cup uncooked rice1 tsp Olive Oil1 dash Black Pepper1 dash Salt2 cups Water
Directions
1. Saute garlic, mushrooms, salt and pepper in olive oil.
2. Add rice and stir until mushrooms are mixed throughout.
3. Add water and bring to boil.
4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 min. or until done.
