1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 0.50 cup, grated Carrots, raw 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 0.25 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell) 1 cup Lentils 4 serving Wyler's Chicken Boulion Cubes 2 cup Vegetable Juice Cocktail (V8)
Cook all veggies & seasoning except cabbage in olive oil until tender. Add tomato sauce, v8 and water. Bring to a boil, add lentils & reduce heat. Simmer for 20 -30 minutes, add cabbage, cook additional 10 minutes.
