Easy Hibachi Scallops and Shrimp

Ingredients
8 Sea scallops10 Large shrimp1 Tbsp butter or spread1 Tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)1 Tsp lemon juice1 Tsp vegetable oil1 Tsp ground ginger1 Tsp garlic powder
Directions
1. Add vegetable oil to pan and allow heat to low/medium

2. Add scallops to pan and add lemon juice, butter, ground ginger, garlic powder and soy sauce.

3. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until one side is seared and flip over

4. Add shrimp and continue to flip shrimp and seafood until both sides are cooked evenly and through
