salmon and broccoli fish cakes

Ingredients
2 med potatoes boiled then mashed,2 broccoli florets boiled1 tin of pink salmonsalt and pepper2 slices of bread whizzed into crumbs
Directions
Mix it all together with a little of the beaten egg,
Mould with your hands into burger sized patties, then dip in egg then in to bread crumbs,
Bake in oven on med heat for 20-30 minutes turning every 5mins.
Alternatively you could fry in low cal spray oil,
