Ingredients
Directions
Okra, Onions, red chilli Pepper, Salt, Maggi stock cube, Thyme, Water, PalmOil, Stockfish, crayfish.
1. Cut fish in small pieces
2. Place in skillet with water
3. Add onion, pepper and salt
4. Boil for 15 to 25 minutes
5. Add okra (Ground) and stir until blended in
6. Add the remaining ingredients, stir and cook for 10 more minutes.
Serving Suggestion
Eat on its own or Serve warm with pounded yam
