Gluten and Dairy Free Waffles

Ingredients
Gluten Free Baking mix 1.5 cupsGluten Free Pancake mix Bob's Red Mill 1.5 cupseggs 4 largechia seed 3 Tbspcoconut milk, canned 1.5 cupscoconut, vanilla 1.5 cupscoconut oil .25 cups
Directions
cover chia seeds in water and soak 10 minutes
blend eggs, milks, and oil in blender on high
blend in seeds
combine with baking mixes
cook in waffle iron about 8 minutes or until golden brown
