Leek & silverbeet soup

Ingredients
1 leek, choppedCup of chopped celery2 cups chopped Swiss chard250ml low fat plain yoghurtVegetable stock cube1 cup vegetable stockTablespoon chia seeds
Directions
Heat the stock to boiling, add vegetables and cook until soft. Add tbspn chia seeds. Blend with stick blender, add yoghurt and reheat, but don't boil.
