Sweet & Spicy Turkey Meatloaf

2 lb lean ground turkey1 cup plain bread crumbs2 egg whites1 cup salsa1 (4.5oz) can green chiles1 tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped1 tbsp parsley1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp chili powder1 tsp lemon juice
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine turkey, bread crumbs, and egg; mix well.
2. In a medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well. Add 3/4 cup of the salsa mixture to meat mixture; mix well. In ungreased 9x5 loaf pan, shape mixture into loaf.
3. Bake for 50 minutes. Remove from oven. Spoon remaining salsa mixture over top of loaf. Return to oven; bake an additional 20 - 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked in center.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
