Asian Lime Marinade

Ingredients
1 tablespoon almond butter1 tablespoon coconut aminos (or sub soysauce)1 tablespoon sesame oil1 tablespoon SrirachaZest and juice of 1 large lime4 cloves garlic, minced½ teaspoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon pepper
Directions
Combine meat, almond butter, coconut aminos,
oil, Sriracha, lime zest, lime juice and garlic in a
large zip-top plastic bag. Seal and turn to coat.
Refrigerate 4 hours or up to overnight.
