Kathy's chicken legs and beans for the slow cooker

Ingredients
Beans, white, 4 cup (2 cans) Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced Garlic, 1 clove Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Plum Tomatoes, 2 peeled and chopped Chicken Drumstick, 8, skin removed Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Makes 8 servings.
Directions
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker; add seasonings to taste (I used salt, pepper, tarragon, parsley, thyme and cumin). Cook on low 3 1/2 to 4 hours.

Serving Size: One chicken leg and 1/2 cup of the bean mixture.

To reheat, I like to pull the meat of the bone and mix it into the beans, then reheat on the stove top or in the microwave.
