Slow Cooker Low Carb Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
5 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast1 jar taco sauce1 package taco seasoning mix4 cups water4 chicken bouillon cubes1/4 cup lime juice
Directions
Place chicken in slow cooker. Add all other ingredients and cook on low for 8 hours.

Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred.

Use chicken on a taco salad, or on your favorite tortillas or taco shells. I use Mama Lupe's Low Carb Tortillas (super yummy and only 3 grams carbs per tortilla). Add whatever taco toppings you like!
