Apple and Craisin Salad

Ingredients
1 Medium appled, cored, sliced into bite-sized portions (skin on)30 grams of craisins1 TB lemon juice4 g (slightly less then 1 tsp) granulated sugar
Directions
Wash, core, slice and cut apple into bite-sized pieces. Place in bowl, add craisins, splash on lemon juice and sprinkle on sugar.
Eat with a fork and enjoy.
