1 Cup 1% Milk, I Cup fresh blueberries, 1/4 Cup Old Fashioned Oats, 6 oz. fat free blueberry yogurt. Sweetner or Sugar if needed.
Soak oats in milk for 5 minutes then blend everything together. I add in a few ice cubes and blend again.
