Ingredients
1/2 C whilte flour1 C 100% whole wheat flour3/4 C Sugar1/2 tsp salt2 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/3 C oil1 egg, lightly beaten 1/3 C skim milk 2 apples peeled, cored and chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
grease 6-12 muffin tins or line with paper
combine all dry ingredients
add all wet ingredients
fold in apples
spoon into muffin pan
bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

    Tasty muffins but nutrition info is incorrect. The recipe counts all ingredients that are 2/3 cup as .06 cup, not .66 as it should be. About 140 calories per muffin depending on what you use for milk and how big the apples are. I shredded the apples on a cheese grater. - 7/6/10
