    Amazing smoothie! I'm glad I looked at the caloric breakdown to see what the measurements were for the ingredients. 1/2 of a banana (if frozen, you won't need ice), one scoop chocolate protein powder, 2 Tbsp peanut butter, and 1/2 cup almond milk. - 1/30/14
