1/4 Unbleached Wheat Flour1/4 cooked bulgur1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp dill1/2 tsp salt1/4 cup Flax milk (or any other liquid)1 tsp apple sauceOlive oil to cover surface of bread
1. Mix all dry ingredient
2. Mix wet ingredient and gradually add to dry mixture
3. Result should be damp but not sticky
4. Carve an X on the surface of the dough
5. Cover surface with a little bit of Olive Oil
6. Cook at 350 F for 40 minutes
